SoloBill holds the working copy of your customer list, invoices, and payment history. Here is exactly how we protect it — in plain English, with no over-promising.

Built on Cloudflare's durable platform
Storage that is replicated and managed for you.

Your records live in Cloudflare's database (D1) and object storage (R2) — the same global infrastructure that runs a large share of the modern web. Cloudflare replicates and manages the durability of that storage for us, so a single hardware failure does not put your data at risk.

A 30-day point-in-time restore window
Undo a bad change, not just a crash.

Our database supports point-in-time restore for the last 30 days. If something is changed or deleted by mistake, we can roll the database back to how it looked at a specific moment within that window — a safety net that covers human error, not only infrastructure problems.

A weekly snapshot we own
A portable, inspectable copy — separate from the live database.

Every week, SoloBill takes its own complete snapshot of the database and stores it as a self-contained file alongside a manifest that records exactly what it contained. Because it is a portable copy we control — not just a feature of the platform — we can inspect it, verify it, and use it to restore your records if they are ever corrupted.

A second copy, belt-and-suspenders
Redundancy on top of the platform's own durability.

Each week we also copy your files — receipts, logos, and uploads — into a separate backup storage bucket. This is a belt-and-suspenders second copy on top of the durability Cloudflare already provides. We do not claim it makes your data more durable than Cloudflare's storage already is; it simply means there is more than one copy in more than one place.
